Welcome to Emma May! Thank you for supporting the release of Emma May’s debut book. Please review our store policies below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Orders & Payments

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal.

  • All payments must be completed before orders are processed.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within the UK, Europe, and select international destinations.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 working days.

  • Pre-orders: Items will ship from the stated release date and then arrive within the usual delivery timeframe.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • UK Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days

    • Europe: 7–10 business days

    • International: 10+ business days

  • Tracking information will be provided (if applicable) once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

  • Books

    • All book sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.

    • If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a replacement or refund.

  • Branded Clothing & Merchandise

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for clothing and non-book merchandise, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Digital Downloads 

  • We offer two types of digital products:

    1. eBook Placeholder Listings

    • Some eBooks on our website are listed as £0 placeholders for browsing purposes.

    • These eBooks are purchased and delivered via third-party retailers (links are provided in the product description).

    • If you add the £0 eBook listing to your cart and complete checkout, no digital download link will be sent, as purchases are processed externally.

    • Please use the provided purchase links to complete your eBook order on the retailer’s platform.

    •  The terms and conditions of the respective retailer will apply.


  • 2. Direct Digital Downloads

    • Digital downloads purchased directly from our store are available for immediate download after payment confirmation.

    • No physical item will be shipped.

    • A download link will be sent to your email—please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout.

    • If you experience issues downloading your file, please contact us for assistance.

    • All direct digital sales are final—we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products.

Usage & Copyright

All content, including physical books, eBooks, digital artwork, and branded designs, is protected by copyright law.

Purchased items are for personal use only. You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, resell, or modify the content for commercial purposes.

  • Scan, photocopy, or reproduce physical books for distribution.

  • Upload digital files to file-sharing platforms or distribute copies in any form.

All rights remain with Emma May. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.
